Responsible for fair and transparent accounting practices and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and in line with legal requirements. 14. Recording and reporting of all financial transactions (Purchase to pay, Order to cash, fixed asset accounting, etc.) on a timely basis. 15. Analyzing the capital structure of company, on a need basis, and providing inputs to CFO. Assist CFO in identifying capital requirements, lending sources and in establishing strategies to approach investors. 16. Providing assistance to CFO in cash flow and treasury management. 17. Ensuring credit rating of company and associate companies 18. Clearing all payments, as per the DoP or as per the set budgets. 19. Coordinating with banks to meet fund requirements and compliance with terms and conditions of the respective sanction letters 20. Managing currency risk for all businesses at Group level. 21. Ensuring statutory compliance with related acts (e.g.: Companies act). 22. Consolidation of financial accounts from locations and preparation of accounting statements periodically. 23. Providing required support to Audit team to facilitate conduct of internal and external audit respectively. 24.
