Mechanical Engineer with 15+ Years of experience
Job responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the Preventive Maintenance of the Plant and utilities equipment’s as per the schedule to minimize/prevent the breakdowns
- Maintaining cost effective utilities, focusing on continuous improvement and reduce energy and fuel bills.
- Maintaining accurate spare parts inventory and equipment specific usage control.
- Preparing the CAPEX and annual budget of engineering department.
- Coordinate with vendors for finalizing material technical specifications.
- Maintains appropriate spare parts inventory levels necessary to support equipment’s and PM schedule.
- Ensuring DQ/IQ/OQ/PQs and Validation of all equipment’s and identifying the qualification needs of the equipment.
- Implementation of good operational practices and procedures
- Ensure all equipment services are functioning properly in such a way that
manufacturing activity is not hampered. - Identifying and evaluating the maintenance needs of the process equipment.
- Checking the Effluent, Solvent and Water storage tanks and identifying maintenance needs.
- Effluent management/ control and fulfil the legal needs of the KIADB and PCB.
- Planning and scheduling training calendar for the engineering personnel.
- Reviewing and updating competency matrix for associates.
